The concierge is your personal contact for all building matters, VIP services, Business Centre bookings, even your dry-cleaning. The Business Centre gives you access to serviced offices, meeting rooms, a boardroom, and multi-purpose spaces for up to 100 people. There are five destination control lifts to reduce waiting times and improve capacity. You can park in the basement, have your car detailed, or charged up if it’s electric. CQ even has its own app for everything from booking a meeting room to ordering coffee.

Taking security seriously

At CQ, the safety of your staff and business is paramount. Our highly advanced security systems include electronic access control and central monitoring of the building perimeter, car park and lifts. You will also find CCTV cameras, with central monitoring, in all public areas, lifts and the car park. Thanks to our adoption of the Weigand security communications protocol, tenants can integrate their own dedicated security system with CQ’s for emergency notifications, as well as interfacing with the lighting control system for enhanced CCTV performance and increased personal safety.

You’ll find our sustainability credentials benefit the planet and tenants alike. In the construction phase, initiatives optimise, minimise and recycle building materials. A 5-star NABERS Energy target aims to reduce costs for tenants well into the future. This will be achieved, in part, by water retention systems and modern fixtures that save water, and solar roof panels that harness the sun’s rays to create sustainable energy. Offices will feature curtain wall glazing with low air-infiltration and high thermal resistance, while enhanced building insulation and high efficiency air-conditioning systems will work together to improve the climate inside and out.
