Civic Quarter, Canberra’s premier office address due for completion mid-2019, has confirmed its commitment to achieving excellent environmental performance, with a signed 5 Star NABERS Energy Commitment Agreement for the Base Building. The National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) is a performance-based rating system that measures a building’s environmental performance during operation, against a set of key categories.
